Artist Statement: Inspired by my two friends’ love story, this piece demonstrates how relationships between people may not always start out perfect. Feelings were originally present, but nothing further was pursued by one side. But throughout time, feelings grew stronger and what seemed impossible became possible. The female of this story is the hand pouring out boba from their first date, while the male, that always waited is the hand wiping up the spill.
