Artist Statement: The production of my art pieces allow my desire for creativity to be met, whether it be on paper, canvas or clothing. Creating art allows me to be at ease with myself and withdraw from any struggles I may be facing in the moment, it has helped improve my mental health and allow me to heal from any negativity I come across. Creating art is not simply a hobby to pass time, but rather an escape and opportunity to enhance my capabilities as an artist. Although I may set high expectation for myself, art allows my to fulfill my desire of individuality and expressiveness.
