Artist Statement: In this piece I am expressing the struggle I have with waking up in the middle of the night and ruminating. The pillow is meant to represent sleep and the letters are an acronym for the title sentence, a mantra that I repeat upon waking with anxious thoughts as I attempt to fall back to sleep.
