Artist Statement: This chair was made to engage in brainstorming ideas about one’s life. The chair was found in an alley and was painted and transformed into this artwork. The painting was made to act as a sort of balance mechanic in order to combine all of the different ideas together. This piece has the sole purpose of making thoughts come to life and engaging in self-thinking and self-growth. This art piece allows for self-development and awareness of issues surrounding one’s life.
