Artist Statement: My art is a window into the imaginary worlds in my head that are more intricate and vast than I could ever do justice on paper. Art is not only my escape from reality, but also a way to connect with the world around me through drawing from fiction or sharing my own lived experiences. I love being able to translate abstract thoughts in my mind into real, physical images that other people can understand and maybe even relate to.
