Artist Statement: When my teacher assigned us to make a ring and bracelet that shared a theme, I was stumped for a while. However for this project, I decided to take a more abstract approach, which I hadn’t really done in this class yet. I decided to just take a very simple design and use it for both the ring and the bracelet, as it transferred very well to both. The design really has no meaning, it just was something I enjoyed looking at, and thought made for a good ring and bracelet combo.
