Description: This painting was inspired by women who work on sewing designs in women’s kichwa clothing.
Artist Statement: My work explores the Beauties of my Kichwa Culture from Ecuador. Each element that is expressed in my illustrations that is made with acrylic paint on canvas are images of my happy experience in my homeland with my family as well as being a part of an Ecuadorian community celebrating my culture here in the U.S.
