Artist Statement: Jonathon Joseph was born and raised in Chicago. He goes to Amundsen High School and is in the graduating class of 2026. Out of school, Jonathon enjoys spending with friends, practicing his photography skills, and doing his homework. Jonathon became interested in photography when his friend’s dad was photographing birds. He saw this and since that point in 2020, he has been eager to jump into the photography world. Jonathon loves to photograph close up shots of nature or simple designs within the city. He likes a clean, basic look to an image.
