Description: Mi Pueblito Magico, is a place my family is originally from before coming to the U.S. and it is a place I often grew up visiting since I was 10 years old. The plaza is called Cuitzeo, Michoacan, it is the place everyone “convive (live together),” gets together to celebrate and enjoy each other’s presence. I used pencil first, then drawing pens for the outline work, and color pencil on top. I also used drawing and blending techniques that I learned from an early age from my uncle and with the guidance of my art classes.
