Description: It is inspired by fashions impact on the oceans, and coral reef bleaching. Initially I intended to bleach the bottom half of the dress, although the bleach did not show up so I burned the bottom half to symbolize the destruction.
Artist Statement: These pieces depict my political feelings and views in a way that words could not express; they communicate my view on the world around me, and my generations dilemmas in which I hope to bring awareness to.
