Artist Statement: Making art has always been an outlet for me to express myself in a way other than words. I appreciate my work because of how freely I work. I’m one to have a lot of expression and experimental connections within my compositions. Being a visual person shaped me to just let my ideas flow. I tend to compose artwork that’s visually appealing to the eye and expresses my interests whether that be in color, movement, or a motif. I personally love working with different mediums and expanding my ability to many open opportunities. I usually tend to stay with a simplistic palette, therefore, it reflects myself and allows me to limit the amount of overthinking I do when composing pieces.
