Artist Statement: I started getting really serious about art during the pandemic when I would draw digitally. This painting was actually one of my first times using acrylic paints! When I was looking for reference images, I saw a lot of sunsets and cloudy skies which really inspired me. Overall I’m really happy with how it turned out.
