Description: This is a painting of apples found at my local farmers market, where I volunteer every summer. Given the opportunity to capture a personal significance through the Polaroid frame I decided to capture what the farmers market is all about, finding fresh produce and delicious foods to spending time with loved ones. This is significantly important to me because of its location, I grew up in the area and went to school near the market found in Logan Square. It’s a special place that I know intimately and that will forever be in my heart. This market has given so much life to the Logan square community serving the people with incredible foods, crafts, and welcoming neighbors with smiles on their faces.
