Description: This painting was inspired by Edvard Munch’s “The Scream”. In an effort to depict how much time seems to limit opportunity in my life, I painted myself surrounded by ticking clocks and Boa Constrictor snakes. The more you squirm, the more they constrict, representing the feeling of struggle and helplessness so many people feel as time is something impossible to slow.
