Artist Statement: The reason I created this piece was because I really love the unique features this spiritual creature has. The spiritual creature shown is called a Kitsune, which is part of Chinese and Japanese mythology and can symbolize two different meanings: good and evil. The good Kitsune are a symbol of protection and celestiality, which makes me want to connect to this spiritual creature the most.
