Artist Statement: I take some inspiration from Van Gogh’s paintings and how he gives
life to the atmosphere of his paintings. I used to paint and color
pencils as my media and wanted to make the interior look very clean.
The message my painting portrays is about materialism and how I feel
it does nothing to help those going through their issues. No matter
how much wealth someone has, it will not lead to true happiness.
