Artist Statement: This character is a take on the headless horseman – a bionic headless horsewoman. Instead of taking out their rage on innocent people like the headless horseman used to, the headless horsewoman takes revenge on people who are cruel to animals. Their horse was put down after a lost limb meant they could no longer thrive. The headless horsewoman utilizes new future technology (a bionic arm and brain transplant) to be able to properly understand and execute their missions. Now the pair exacts their revenge on those who treat animals inhumanely, and utilizes new technology to rid the world of such horrid ideas.
