Artist Statement: I titled this, “Black Lives Matter.” I chose this piece of artwork because I think everyone is equal in this world, and in this case it’s mainly Black lives. I did this in the summer, so exactly when it was the Black Lives Matter Movement. I think it is important to respect everyone equally, so this could be a peaceful world.
