Artist Statement: Sharing Rose was inspired by my overwhelming amount of anxiety I have when it comes to people and any form of physical contact. From someone hugging me to someone simply poking me, it makes me extremely uncomfortable and makes me want to wrap into a ball and hide. I’ve meet people who feel the same and just wanted to say that you’re not alone, we will come out on our own time, but until then we could hide together.
