Description: “Arteaga Fall/Winter 2021 Prêt-á-Porter” is a drawing fashion collection.
Artist Statement: I used safety pins on the back of the jacket to hold the horizontal string which held the vertical string. The vertical string held up one wooden dowel which held 6 markers dangling just above the floor. I used another wooden dowel to make a cane that was able to leave marks by taping a sharpie to the end of it. On both sleeves of the jacket I used string to attach 4 markers bundled together. And last but not least, I used tape to attach marker to the heel of my shoes so you could see where the shoe hit the paper.”
