Artist Statement: This piece referenced the Soviet Union and how civilians were often observed in order for them to fit their society’s molds. The wolf itself references the Soviet Union as a whole, the rabbit the average civilian. The choice of choosing a rabbit and a wolf is based on the Soviet cartoon, Nu Pogodi.
