Artist Statement: The title of my artwork is “Giving Life” and it represents how bees are basically giving us life. Some of the words that I would use to describe my artwork as colorful, imaginative, inspiring, peaceful, and creative. Some of the things I used in my artwork were pens, sharpies, food coloring, oil pastels, and white-out. Some techniques that I used in my artwork were blending, shading, and texture.
