Description: This is a vector travel poster that I made for an art project in digital imaging. I used photoshop with the pen tool and solid color for it to be Vector. It did take me a while to get everything done as there were many details to fit in. The place featured for the travel poster is from the game “Astral Chain.” It’s one of my favorite games and I thought it would be nice to incorporate it into the poster.
Artist Statement: Most of the art I make is based school assignments and sometimes on my own ideas. How I make my art is to focus on the medium first and then incorporate items, places, or media of personal importance to draw inspiration from. Most of the time a make sketch first and then continue onto the final product. I enjoy drawing and digital art programs as it allows me to express myself along with being able to clean up any mistakes. Some specific experiences such as getting featured in class help me push me to continue art as to express myself and ideas. What my work means to me is that it’s present to show the different aspects of myself that I find to have importance and meaning.
