The World in Black & White [Winter 2020]

Fresh from creating two tone inked art in our Artober Unit, second year students took their new skills to the animation program, Aseprite! Students were asked to create a 25-30 second animation of their own with a title screen and end screen. The catch? They could only use two colors, white and black. Students picked out songs that would help set the mood of their animated shorts and synced the songs to their final films. Students presented all ideas as storyboards for Instructor approval before diving into production itself. We hope you enjoy these short stories as much as we do!
