The Worlds of our Heroes and Villains

This project helped students to better conceptualize the worlds of their heroes & villains from our character design unit. Students were asked to not only think about the overall ‘universe’ their characters lived within, but specific spaces their characters occupy. Everyone created two pieces of background art, a space their hero occupies, and a place their villain dwells. The style of these backgrounds had to mimic the style of the characters that live within them.
