90’s Style Videogame Intros [Winter 2021]

These animations were originally created to be displayed at Intersect 2021 on Chicago’s Navy Pier. Second and Third-Year students of our program were asked to create character introductions for their Heroes from our “Heroes and Villains” unit last year. These animated character intros were created in the style of video game intros of the 1990’s, when 16 bit side-scrollers reigned supreme. The results are animated retro-perfection!
