Recovering from Depression
I’m seeing the light after being in a dark tunnel The path is clear
I’m in the right place
I can breathe
The heavyweight off my chest is no longer pushing down on me Tying me on my bed
I am outside
Enjoying nature, feeling the crisp air in my lungs Living.
Oh, I missed this feeling for so long. I am back in the world
I’ve been hidden for so long
I am back. Here to stay.
