Artist Statement:
My art explores the beauty of living beings. I enjoy depicting creatures that I observe, research, and create. I use colors to connect visible emotions to my art. I strive to be accessible to a broad audience, I primarily use oil-based mediums when painting or drawing. I want to investigate how I and others perceive beauty. I typically work on larger sheets of paper and love incorporating new colors, techniques, and mediums with my subjects. I want to broaden my use of materials.
