Artist Statement:
My artwork’s purpose is to show how all of us are fighting a battle and nobody
seems to actually care or pay attention. I tried to show sorrow since this topic is a
little heavy. What inspired me to make this work is the way I see people and me
opening my mind. Before I even say anything I think before I do because we are
all fighting our own battles and anything can change our mood. I hope this shows
that we should pay attention to people’s problems and not ignore them and see if
we can help them.
