Artist Statement:
Usually my dreams lead me to very strange and obscure places, but a recent one took place in a rather normal house. The vibe of this house made me want to capture a moment of domesticity and calm while living with this other person in my dream. The incomplete details in the painting show the contrast to real life, the details will never be complete due to the fleeting escaping nature of dreams.
