Artist Statement:
My dreams have always been formed by distant goals, with each one burning just bright enough to light my path toward achieving it. This artwork is created with green watercolors with yellow and red acrylics, that creates a pathway of flowers that contrasts with the deep green shrubbery, forming a tunnel like forest leading toward a gleaming light. I have created this piece to symbolize the power of a dream so strong that you’d do anything to reach it no matter how bright or intimidating it seems. Because achieving one’s goals doesn’t always have to be a grueling, difficult path, it can be a new experience and a chance for new beginnings, much like taking a walk through a nature reserve at the beginning of spring.
