Description: Inspired by Maria Lassnig, I created a self-portrait of me and my grandma. The blue oil pastel elephant in the middle is representing me with the green trunk wrapped which is my grandma. The reason for having elephants is because it’s a charm of good luck to my grandma in a spiritual sense. I then added the spiritual number 5 to represent change. The 5 in the eye is supposed to represent the reflection of the 5’s coming out the trunk.
