Artist Statement: My artwork explores the idea DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) In this artwork, I represent 20 alters. I chose 4 headmates to be represented and my idea is to bring awareness of DID as it is something that I’ve struggled with personally and also because this mental illness is often stigmatized.
