Artist Statement: In the past, people created gods to represent things that were important to their society and to explain the unknown. In today’s world, people don’t create gods anymore, but I wonder to myself, if we did, what values would they represent? What characteristics would they take on?, which ones would be the most worshiped? My work focuses on creating different gods and goddesses that reflect what people care about most, and what morals are seen in people today.
