Artist Statement:
Dreams are shaped by our experiences, emotions, or thoughts; they take the form of our hopes, desires, and aspirations. My work for this exhibition intends to explore my own dreams– both abstract and tangible. In my study, I took care with color choice and hatching techniques to reflect my interpretations of the dreams I’ve had. I encourage the viewer to reflect: do we all dream the same dream?
