Artist Statement: I made sure everything in the work is there for a symbolic reson… with the exception of the radish.
As I have studied the natural world I have come to realize that humanity has the tendency to view ourselves as the pinnacle of nature, this is false. As climate change ravages our world, realize that mass extinctions are nothing new to our world. Humanity places ourself at the center of the world and views nature outwardly through our selfish lens, so I ask the question how would the world view us if it looked back towards humans with the same entitlement. Many points of view will be explored from the more feasible like plants and animals, to the more abstract like, machines and space aliens
