Artist Statement:
My work displays multiple adventures through thoughts and experiences. I love documenting the art & beauty of people. I focus on exploring relations to music, intimacy, and connections of life. I enjoy keeping a different feel to my pieces, when shot in different settings. I’m fond of probing and prodding at new concepts and representations. I benefit from having different styles in different mediums. I utilize fiber art and sculpture in presenting my final mixed media pieces. I am constantly taking photos, I intend to capture the events/people/symbols that mean the most to me. I am very concise with planning my works before completing, sometimes even when beginning a project. It helps me anticipate my pieces, while reaching to push myself to new limits.
