Artist Statement:
My piece represents how pollution and other man-made environmental problems are ignored and worsened, because of the human obsession with beauty. I made this piece to inspire people to help the environment even when the problems do not seem to be very serious. This piece of a sea turtle was made primarily with watercolor paints with some acrylic paint markers for smaller details.
