Description: I used Mungyo Oil Pastels for the water, background details and the lilypads with the frog. However, I used Sennelier for the face and hair due to the vibrant red and brown. I wanted a calming picture that was going to have complementary colors. I was stippling as part of the process since some details were very small. The shadows of the trees were made with texture. This picture is cropped so the background of my home wouldn’t be distracting.
