Artist Statement: I chose to use brown more because I don’t use brown as often as other colors in my other artwork. In this picture, there is a lot of color, but it has little physical depth. I also used a lot of blue because blue is one of my favorite colors. This artwork was slightly inspired from how the ocean looks in different places and times.
