CPS All-City Visual Arts Exhibitions

I always felt the need to live up to the individual expectations family had of me, making me a people-pleaser. This developed, and I would now not only seek approval and validation from my family, but from teachers and coaches. My older brother has always been a safe-space for me. From playing together to going out on drives, his company always brings me comfort. The frame also serves to make this drawing feel homey and as it belongs in my home.
