Artist Statement: My sustained investigation is social issues on immigration and I want to bring more awareness to how immigrants are being treated by I.C.E and the many dangerous ways immigrants come to the U.S in order for a better life and achieve the “American Dream”. My parents being immigrants this issue impacts me knowing the hardship they had to go through in order to provide the life I have now in the U.S.
