Artist Statement: I was going through a bad time, for a long time I had not drawn or painted anything. After finding out about this opportunity, I tried to do something, but I got very stressed because I didn’t feel good about what I was doing. But then I just cleared my mind, got carried away by the music, and captured a bit of what was going through my mind in this painting. This painting is proof to myself that I am enough.
