Artist Statement: My art piece Clueless, is a miniature piece that I made based on the phobia of death. I also tied in this art piece with Suicide Prevention Awareness month. I had thought of this idea for a few months prior to making it but I wanted to save it for the right time, which was in September. Some of my previous art pieces were on a much bigger scale so I wanted to change it up this time and decided on making a miniature piece, especially since they are some of my favorite art pieces. I wanted to have something that was very visible with its message, but still had its mysterious concepts that could have others still asking questions and making their own opinions on what the pieces message could be.
