Description: Steel, Smog, and Suffering.
Artist Statement: I am an AP Drawing and Painting major at the Chicago High School for the Arts. This is the first of many pieces of my final project as a high school Visual Artist. For this project, I am focusing on a possible future we may be heading towards and providing illustrations that bring said future to life. I emphasize the horrors and pain nature will go through in this future and the evolution of our world’s inhabitants based on humanity’s influence.
