Artist Statement: My piece is about someone eating a bowl of ramen. On the right is the chilli peppers. On the left are the chopsticks and in the upper right is a cup of water or tea whichever you prefer). In the bowl is an egg, some hoisen sauce (salty/sweet sauce used in soups) and roodles in the bottom. I chose to use pencil because most people see pencil as a stick with black stuff in the middle. I feel that pencils are underrated.
