Artist Statement:I showed this in my planter by making a little mini cartoon planter of myself, since cartoons are basically my life. I then made a heart to put in the chest that would represent my healing. The heart represents self love and being able to accept myself and coming to terms with my past. The facial expression of the planeter closing its eyes and smiling is supposed to represent inner peace and taking a breath out and releasing. And I put tears on the planter to represent me letting the feelings and emotions I have held in for so long go.
