Artist Statement:
My piece is about Racial/religious/sexual orientation/gender identity discrimination. When people look at my sculpture, I would love them to learn that we are not all so different. Yes, who have our own uniqueness but we still have similarities and are all humans. I would like it if people started to be more open and respectful of all kinds of people that are not exactly the same as themselves, and also to look past how a person looks and not judge a book by its cover.
