Artist Statement:
The topic I choose for my sculpture is the philosophy of “The trickle-down economy” The economic hypothesis that taxes on corporations and the rich in society should be lowered as a way of encouraging corporate activity in the short term and benefiting society as a whole in the long term is trickle-down economics, also known as the trickle-down theory or the horse and sparrow theory. Making the rich, rich, and the poor, poorer. I chose this subject because not only is it political but psychological. We are separated by social classes and social norms.
