Artist Statement: I focused on the theme of twins. I wanted to represent the pain and emotions twins might feel because of the constant comparison with each other. As a twin myself, growing up with the constant comparison and hiding one’s emotions has become a struggle. Only one knows their true worth so why should there be constant competition between two people who love each other?
